"Nice town, Nice people - Have a Nice time" is the town's slogan and it is a fair description. Recently voted as the "Best Place to Raise Kids in Florida". The town of Niceville was once known as "Boggy" and is located in the Florida panhandle and is nestled along the north shore of beautiful Choctawhatchee Bay. Close enough to the beaches but just far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. Very convenient to the military bases.
